Slimming world

It worked before and i quite like the plan to be fair. Mainly trying to help dd get a bit healthier. Free access to junk, starbucks and costas has taken its toll. I exercise now whereas before i was fairly sedentary when I did it before
. Be interesting to see what an impact it has.
