Baby Dove

This little chap, his/her nest, and a not so fortunate sibling were blown down from a tree in the back garden during a bad storm.  
I climbed up on the step ladder and put the nest back in place as best as I could and then placed the little bird back on it in hopes it might survive.  
A few hours later I saw Mummy bird sitting up there - yay!
Since then, the nest blew down again (it was not in the best spot)...but 'baby dovey' as we named it, is able to fly and has stuck around with its parents...I see them every few days on the fence, or up in the tree outside the window...one lucky little dovey :0)
