Action

Took a half day today as I had an appointment with the psychiatrist mid afternoon.
I'm no way ready to come off the medication but I asked how it would work and when I would know. He said that the fact I had protracted depression I would need to be 'well' for 2yrs before they would even think about it. Oh well.

As I was passing The Shore on the way home I stopped for a wander and these horrible seagulls were making a  lot of noise and splashes as they fought for food.
