Cholesterol check

Phil had his annual health check yesterday and his cholesterol and glucose were a bit high. I was then a bit worried about mine so bought a home testing machine.
I have done the cholesterol one and got 4.63. Not too bad and under the the 5 which is ok for an adult.
I will do the glucose one later.
