Hallstatt

Took a day off from cycling today and took the train and boat to Hallstatt. Its a picturesque lakeside village and a UNESCO heritage site as it's thought to be the oldest inhabited village in Europe. We found it quite busy and touristy ( though very beautiful ) and escaped up a funicular railway for lunch up the mountain. Probably the most scenic lunch we've ever had with an impressive viewpoint ( extra blip )
