Iris

I am feeling much better today, thank goodness.
Did a little bit of housework, while I felt I could. Think it is because I went for a luxury pedicure yesterday and while I was there the therapist gently massaged some cream into  my arm, it gave me such a boost. I have made another appointment for after I have been back to the hospital and I can find out how deep a massage I can have.
Been down to the pond tonight, loads of yellow flag Iris out and these lovely purple ones are just opening nicely.
