to Horse Around

These are my neighbours who keep horses on the nearby field.  The horses that you see are a representative part of the collection.

Over the last two years I have watched them complete magnificent work in rejuvenating this meadow.  Previously it was almost completely overgrown with willow tree or "Sallies"

As you can see the horses have gone a long way to bring the grassland under control.

Mind you there has been a bit of barter because it looks like I am the lucky recipient of some of the logs that have been left over...
