Lazy days

Called in at Ball Grove Park for a cuppa and bacon butty as I was passing.

In the heat, even the ducks were quietly on the banks, watching the world go by.. Nothing disturbed the calm.

Sitting there with my coffee, I couldn't help think that it was a perfect day for lazing about. Ever since, I've been humming -

"WE'RE BUSY DOING NOTHING,
WORKING THE WHOLE DAY THROUGH.
TRYING TO FIND LOTS OF THINGS,
NOT TO DO............."

I wish. For me it was 'Hi, ho; hi, ho - it's off to work I go..............'
