Guy's Cliffe, Warwickshire

Hanging around aimlessly this lunchtime, seeking shots of folk fumbling food and drink down their throats at the Saxon Mill, I noticed dark smoke billowing from the ruins of the decrepit Guy's Cliffe.

Perhaps the last time there was rising smoke seen hereabouts was  during the filming of a Sherlock Holmes episode entitled 'The Last Vampyre', back in 1992, when a fire scene blazed out of control and virtually trashed the place.
