Wading in for a weed feed

We've had a gentle southerly breeze at Lake Tarawera today (and precious little sunshine), which resulted in a little fresh weed being washed up on the beach in front of the bach, so Mr Swan favoured the beach picnic to the usual sub-marine stretch from a floating vantage point for his lunch.
The maples are glowing scarlet around Hermione Cottage and We have a few details painted in a colour called dynamite which enhances their autumn glow(extra).
