Golden canyons cry out to be explored and championed in a new treat for the senses.  Gold, sweet bell peppers on special from the restaurant supply store made it the grill tonight.  In a bit, most will be bagged and frozen for later.  But I do save a few to eat right now, either roasted or raw or sometimes, stuffed.
