Luncheon is Served

A lovely Reed Bunting with supplies for the family  :-)

Can anyone identify the tiny little beetle in the extra photo....it's about 2-3mm in length and sort of ladybird shaped but smaller.  I don't think I've seen one like that before and it doesn't seem to be in any of my books :-)
