Dalhia

At last, some lovely colourful flowers to photograph.....couldn't decide so here are 2 that i loved.   It is so lovely to be exploring some colour flowers around here....we bought some plants yesterday whilst up in Sydney.

This morning Terry (bless his heart) and I unloaded 50 boxes of clay, each one weighs 44 lbs - from his truck into the studio.   I'm very tired!!!   It doesn't seem that long ago that doing this kind of work would be all in a days experience.   I did also stand and wax loads of pots for about 2 hours after that....now it's nap time!!!

and now i have some fabulous references for some new paintings...maybe this weekend!
