Bundles of fluff

It was very hard to get near enough this brood of seven cygnets on the Forth and Clyde Canal at Kirkintilloch today. Later on in the day I saw them swimming up the canal with their parents but again it was tricky to get a picture. Another very hot and sunny day. I wasn't at home to watch what went on in the garden but on my return saw that a lot of progress has been made. Maybe doesn't seem so from the extra though. Off for an early night. Summer colds never seem right do they?
