Orchid elegance

I was buying some flowers from our local florists when I saw that two of these orchid flowers had fallen from their stems on a plant on the counter.  I asked if I could have the fallen flowers to photograph and was also given a fresh one.  So here we have the three flowers.

We spent the best part of this sunny afternoon having lunch with some friends in their garden, such warm weather at the moment.
