Covering a colleague's 'Creative Arts' art class today (art, music and drama carousel course) with some of our youngest students.  In previous lessons, these kids have created their own chess piece costumes and so before their performance of a chess game, battles n' all, to the rest of group this afternoon, I sent them outside with my camera with the instruction to take some snaps, of which this is my favourite. Extra pic of Aya, who, in my lounge this evening, showed Robin and me that she has now learnt, since Saturday, to pull herself up to standing with the support of some useful item of furniture. Adorable to watch her moves.
