The OK Coral....

For the past 40 years, I have really only bought clothes from a palette of palest aqua, through to iridescent teal green.

All my friends know that I'm mad about turquoise, and consequently I'm a really easy person to buy presents for.

Suddenly though, I find myself drawn to a particular shade of coral - so far, I've bought tops, nail varnish and a swimming costume, and today found myself eyeing up a dress in the same hues.

My sister in law is very cross - apparently she bought my (sea green) birthday present months ago!!!
