Popped in to see Grandma and she had a lovely gift of flowers from my step mum and dad that made her shed a tear, she said there are still good kind people in the world. Bless her, I say with her tonight and chatted/ watched tele, filled her meds box up. She is doing so well, independence neck but feels safe that we are in hand, she said that she had been so lonely really and seeing us even for a few mins is a treat.

Busy day at work but productive.
