Someone's in trouble!

The police helicopter was slowly clattering around today, coming over our house on the periphery of its circuit looking out for someone or someone.
Wondered if it was the young lads that have been buzzing around recently on their 'hairdryer' mopeds. No registration plates, no helmets, carrying young children standing on the platform in front of the rider, mounting pavements to ride directly at dog-walkers. Not very bright kids obviously but on social media everyone is on the lookout for them, as are the police.
As in most cities you are never too far from an undesirable area, we are a little less than mile from one so that would just about fit in with the helicopters flying pattern.
