The Mound.

The mound at the Duthie Park in Aberdeen is now more or less complete. The granite base has been built on a new higher mound, which is intended to be as the original, when the park was first opened.
The new flag pole and flag was installed yesterday, I think, as I could see two very large cranes when at goals with the dog.
The flag is the 3 castles flag of Aberdeen. I think this represents 3 buildings that sat on three hills. The flag pole is a considerable height and visible from quite a distance. Looks good. Will be great to see all the changes once all the work in the park is complete.
