Essouira Sunset

The ramparts of Essouira were used in Orson Welle's Othello, and look suitably dramatic, with the rocks below being lashed by waves. We took some Moroccan sweets up onto them to watch the sunset, where I snapped this elegant gull. Afterwards we had a delicious three-course meal (tajine and couscous) for under £6.
