Before the first footprints

I've passed this of the mornings that I've went for a run and kept thinking I must get a photo of it......

So this morning knowing it was my last run here I headed down!

That's my trainers filled with sand!

Headed down to the beach this morning to have a shot on the bouncy assault course in the sea. You have to swim out to it. Poor Mr J stayed on dry land to watch the bag whilst we swam out.
It was a great laugh and next time we come here Mr J is going to have a shot!
The boys loved it!
As did I!
