Tractor Thursday...

Went down to St Boswells to the market . There was a dispersal sale of cows and calves from a couple of farms. I marked half a dozen that would have done a job, but didn't manage to buy them. The ones I got last week looked better value ( or so I am telling myself ! )
Nipped to the nearby tractor dealers for spares, then home via the scenic route because the council still have the Tynehead road shut for repairs.
A half load of sawdust came in for the 2 shearing sheds so hopefully we can get the contractor to make a start on Monday ( unless you believe the BBC forecast for rain) - will wait and see.
