Another rescue!!

I'm sorry I'll try to stop bliping bugs but these Texas bugs are all new to me haha!!

After a little research I discovered todays rescue from the pool is an Annual Cicadas. I've never seen these before but I soon learn't they are what I hear 'singing' in the trees.

I wasn't sure if this guy was going to make it after I fished him out. I set him in a safe place to dry off. After flapping about for a bit he finally took flight and flew off!!

(For the record, I'm really not good with bugs and yes I did scream like a girl when it started flapping about! I just don't like to see them suffering in the pool)
