Bingo!

For two years I've tried to capture the barn owl, especially the babies. They are very vocal, but not so easy to see. Today John ventured to the barn to retrieve something and came across the baby owl there. I ran for the camera and was able to get a few shots. After we backed off he scampered across the room and crawled inside a wall.
The extra is of our younger daughter Sanna Rose, whose birthday is today. We celebrated at a local Mexican restaurant tonight.
