Flower Friday - 10

BikerBear who hosts this lovely challenge has set the theme for this week as D.I.Y. When I first saw this I thought easy, I know I will make some large flowers.  However, the best laid plans and all that, today has run away with me, no time left to make flowers.  So, sadly I am not twisting this week but going with the regular Flower Friday challenge.  This is the Golden Celebrations rose that I blipped in bud a couple of weeks age.  How different it looks now.  We had a rain shower a while ago as you can see from the petals.  I have darkened the edges of the shot a bit to emphasise the colour of the bloom.
