Burial of ashes today at Llwydcoed Crematorium.  This is the view from where they lie. 

Interesting discussions at today’s training session about nutrition.  Hopefully I can get this sorted and I won’t struggle like I did last weekend.

Sinus headache wiped me out in the afternoon.
