Not so derelict ...

Remember this? And this? A year later, the builders have finally started work. After a few glitches, the roof is no longer leaking and they have started on the facade. Strictly speaking, these stones were never intended to be visible; they were covered with render. Still, they look quite nice, and blend with the archway.

I think this still counts for derelict Sunday because of the state of the door and shutters -- next on the list for renovation.
