Back Blip - Black Light Look Out

Creative idea to put black lights in the flower bed underneath this railing with all the colorful Mediterranean flowers. 

Of course, you see none of it in this photo if only a bit of blue on the bottom of the rail.  It got weirder as the daylight faded.
