How big?

C had 3 pals round to practice a piece they are playing at the school music afternoon. We had a tuba, a baritone horn and two cornets practising "we will rock you" in our house. D was most impressed by the size of the junior tuba! It's huge!
I was impressed by their playing - once they'd got over the hysteria of the deep notes from the tuba. Three of them play in the brass band and the tuba is played in the local brass orchestra so the brass band guys hasn't heard its deep notes before! Once they had practised a few times they sounded really good.
