in awe

I still can't believe that I can grow these beautiful roses in the middle of a Douglas Fir forest. We are so lucky. They are magnificent just now!! P and I worked in the garden all morning. Delightful. Then on the sailboat all afternoon readying ourselves for a wee trip in a day or two. Likely out Sunday. It rained on and off for a couple of hours this afternoon which we were very happy for. We can use as much help as we can get to keep our beauties happy!!
