Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Blip

Morning Mist

We have been waiting around for the weather to clear, which it has done, to get out for an afternoon walk on East Burra. This was shot at 8:50am today, usually one can see the edge of Scousburgh Hill across the valley behind these little flowers. This morning the visibility was down to a matter of yards, but by 10:30 the weather was completely the reverse with very broken cloud, blue sky and lots of sunshine. This strikes me as pretty typical Shetland weather, although one would have to live here for much longer before such a statement could be made with any certainty.

Definitely better biggified.

Update:-
In the end it turned into a glorious sunny day.
