Solace Day 4

A pleasant trip up the Caldon canal. Travelled parallel to the steam railway but, unfortunately, trains only run on Sundays.

Kat & G went shopping at Cheddleton. Kat steered the boat in the morning and I took a turn in the afternoon.

Today’s journey was on very winding, narrow parts of the canal. We reached the terminus at Froghall and turned on our journey homeward.

We found the exact same spot to moor as we had done last night.
