Le Grand Palais

Just seen the Helmut Newton exhibition. Excellent. Blistering heat and sore feet and vice versa.

I decided to have lunch here (solo) and was shown to the bar area (apparently reserved for sad singletons) and waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order during which time I'd decided on a Bellini (rather than fizzy water) and the day now has an altogether different spin on it!
