Not seen this chump's face for a while eh?

First swim today for over a week, having been embroiled in jury service since Monday. The five day trial finished at lunchtime today and it was straight down the pool on my return home to zone out completely. The 'mental decompression' after all those hours and hours of listening and focusing and concentrating on testimonies and statements and points of law was much needed!

Right, back to normal life now...
