A few brave souls

Crosby beach at 11.30 a bracing breeze encouraged me to put on my light mac on getting out of the car.
But after the stuffiness of the past few days I was glad to take a short walk along the prom.
I had tried on Tuesday but it was hot and sunny the world and its mother had descended on the prom not a parking spot to be had.

I was determined to try today and get some sort of exercise, why do i keep thinging it is Saturday I wonder......

I enjoyed the Women's football on Wednesday very much, not just because they won but I actually prefer them to the men I think they're more exciting to watch.
That said I did watch the men's last night.

Looking forward to the opening ceremony tonight; I've had my doubts about the games being awarded to Britain from the beginning..., but am now getting into the spirit and have put up my union-jack outside my door.
