Didsbury festival

This is the WI stall at the Didsbury festival today. Major cake fest. Unfortunately, in true British summer style, it poured rain all day, resulting in drookit cheerleaders with soggy pom-poms dancing around in the mud.
I broke with tradition and baked for the first time since school. Mojito cupcakes.
