Trusty steed

I've been struggling to fit in bike rides recently (too much other work/life stuff going on... excuses, excuses, blah, blah).

So I decided that instead of getting irritated that I didn't have time to go out for a couple of hours at a time I should just grab a half hour after I finished work and whizz round our island.

Glad I did, blew away the cobwebs and got the blood circulating.
