Peace 5K Run-Walk

Kathy and I walked in the Peace 5K Run-Walk sponsored by the Palmo Center for Peace and Education this morning.
Three of our friends joined us this year.
It is Kathy's first such event on her path to achieving her full health and well being.
A year ago this would have been as difficult for her as a trip to the Sun.
We celebrated her success with ice-cream on a stick and a coffee!
