Friends for dinner

We had a somewhat impromptu dinner party for a few friends so I tried out my new lemon and lime posset recipe (courtesy of Mary Berry). It's sooooo goooooooooood!!! Fortunately for me the recipe made more than the number of people coming over, so there is some left for tomorrow. Yum!! Unfortunately, the diet will just have to wait!
