McDonald's, Besançon, France.

It's fair to say that McDonald's is not the first place that comes to mind when I am looking for something to eat, but when you are in a strange country (as I am at the moment) McDonald's can be relied upon for three things:
1. Clean toilets (still something of a novelty in France)
2. Reasonable coffee (not good, but drinkable)
3. Free wifi!
