Park In The Morning

It was an early morning, especially with the sun rising before six a.m., so I could get some shots of a recently constructed wildlife viewing platform at one of the local parks. My architect client is also on Yakima's Rotary Trust committee and they are in the process of creating a brochure showing some of their many area projects. She decided to help out by having me shoot on their behalf. The light was nice, but the structure is still under construction (there is a lot of debris around and some ugly black plastic on both sides) so I had to work from a distance rather than close up. Luckily the family of ducks positioned themselves ideally in the foreground, illustrating exactly why it was built.
