Non-blip day

if I could get my head round having gaps in my journal, today would be one of the gap days - nothing really to say really. Dog walk, tea and cake with parents, a "game" of tennis with the children, cleaning the kitchen (again), a bath that was so hot I had to go and have a little lie down, dinner, Good Wife catch up.
And some light packing for a one night Norfolk stopover tomorrow. It's been a long while since I have gone up at crack of Monday dawn - I haven't missed it.
