shall we sing or shall we eat?

A lunchtime gig in Joules Yard, Market Harborough.  Joules Yard is a popular food/music venue run by 80 year-old Ian Joule, founder of the Joules clothing company.

Just as we’re about to start our first set, we’re offered food (a full English Breakfast).  A dilemma; we can eat now, or later during a break.

Band; “shall we sing or shall we eat?”

me; “we’d better sing - I’ve heard us eat”.

And so we do.  

It’s a lovely venue with a somewhat eccentric decor (see extra). All ages drop in to listen to the music, meet with family and friends, eat, drink or just relax.  We enjoy ourselves too and are invited back to play again sometime.  A great way to spend a Sunday.
