After the Rain

We finally had some much needed rain today and the air is a lot clearer although it's still very muggy and close.

The garden looks lush and green again and the water was much appreciated by the plants. Absolutely love the sight of raindrops on green leaves and this shot makes me smile.

My roses are in bud and are slowly showing their colours - cannot wait to see them all in full bloom. Fingers crossed I won't have long to wait.
