Today I have not been mowing the lawn.

Our German guests left this morning. The conversation over the weekend had been very lighthearted and jolly but they did leave with a heartfelt appeal to please not to vote for Brexit.  

No persuasion is needed.  It may not matter to us personally very much if the UK becomes a quaint rose-tinted backwater stuck in a previous century (come on, we moved to Malvern!) but there is younger generation, to which we have added, who need a viable UK business economy far more than we do now.
