Scratchy Balls

After last nights indulgence, MrsT and I were a little tired this morning after waking up at 7am with L away on a sleepover.

We got up though and headed to Dobbies for breakfast before picking L up.

In the afternoon L was away to gymnastics and a play date so I went out for a run. I planned 5km and pulled a 10 miler (16km) out the bag from somewhere!!

After dinner the FiL played ten pin bowling. My new ball got 3 big chunks taken out of it which I was not happy about.

Let's say that must have been the reason I wasn't playing too good....
