bouncing rain

we did go out this afternoon, for a nice long walk with the dogs. But as we left it rained. So we followed the bright sky, tried half a dozen of our favourite walks but it was chucking it down at each of them.
Home without getting out of the car, and it was amazingly dry, at least long enough to walk the dogs, then down it came again!
