Day long beauty.

The first day lily came out today. Each magnificent flower lasts only a day but each plant has buds which flower on a succession of days to provide weeks of colour in a big patch. Felt really down and exhausted today but that usually happens the first couple of days when you let go of a regime and relax. Not helped when our supposed to be all dancing all singing car went in for what we thought was a break shoe replacement and has ended up costing the best part of £800 yes folks £800 So depressing!! Were going to caravan tonight but we both need a good sleep so we will leave early tomorrow morning instead.
