Gold medal winner!

Joyce, 84 years young, delighted with her gold medal for tennis, won at the Olympics today....held at her care home in Pickering.
The staff had organised an Olympics themed activity afternoon of sports for their residents, including a game of tennis using a balloon. But I can tell you the old folk came alive for their games, playing rallies that would keep Andy Murray on his toes. And me trying to take photos of the action! It was a delight to watch.
What a great way to celebrate the start of the London 2012 Olympic games!
